Stilesville
This town was formed by James in October 2019 and continues to grow. Expansion is fuelled by the influx of wealthy tourists who come for the snow at the ski resort du jour, Val de Neige.
In 2020 construction has continued apace. The town has a new assembly square that is open for business! Townspeople and tourists alike can enjoy shopping and dining in an elegant environment. You can stroll along the elaborately patterned tiled pavement and feel a refreshing spray from the fabulous fountain at its centre. Feel free to slow down to admire the elaborate frontage with detailed brickwork and windows. But that is not all: if you cast your eyes upwards, you will see a striking spire amidst a decorative roofline.
People are flocking to a new pizza restaurant called Primo Pizzeria. Giacomo Scalette is the head chef who is an authentic Italian. The restaurant has no passers-by ... because they all go in! People are unable to resist the delicious aromas of pepperoni wafting into the street. Bravo Giacomo and buon appetito!
Xmas 2019
Over Xmas 2019 the town planner Monsieur Stiles built a patisserie and oversaw the erection of a a multi-storey car park and a bank. Unfortunately, the town has suffered an infestation of spiders and a monstrous menace has made a nest in the tree house... It's a mutant vine spider! Time for Geoffrey the Giraffe to save the day!

Shopping and apartment complex
Building work continued through Christmas 2019 to ensure this building is the apartment complex par excellence. More levels were added, and now the apartment even has an rooftop swimming pool!
This work in progress was started by James in August 2019. One apartment has sliding doors that open out onto a balcony with a beautiful balustrade. The rooms are furnished to high standard and the shop has a revolving clothes rack!

James' slide - a clever construction
James made good use of bricks with studs on their sides. He put them underneath the slide to attach the slide's slope pieces to its sides.

Weird vehicle
This vehicle was originally created by James and modified by Uncle Andrew. James had the idea to put aircraft wheels on their sides and use them as the front wheels. The idea was ingenious as the old wheels were cleverly used in a new way. Uncle Andrew just added some ice cream exhaust pipes and some pieces to fit in a control console.

Hello ninjas! (Konnichiwa ninjas!) Dare you test your ninja skills on the most challenging ninja course? It was designed by the fiendishly clever creator Master J. Thank you Master J! (Arigato Sensei J!)
City car
James' city car is the first car for which James has not used a special chassis. James cleverly used headlight bricks on their sides and cheese wedge pieces to create part of the sloped bonnet.

Stilesville
Stilesville is a busy hub of activity. This new town has good transports links, including an airport and a port with regular ferry crossings. Despite the clear police presence, audacious villains are on the look out to commit crime.

Lego city - summer 2016 Mk III*
The city has new additions of deep sea explorers, volcano explorers, a park, a construction site, a police force, a car show, an airshow hangar, and a scary zip line ride. The zip line has a poor safety record! Because of the lack of space, the city does not have a zoo.
* There are no pictures of the city MkII but the pictures of the park below were in the city MkII.

The TRIumphant Racer
What happens when you don't have four wheels the same? You get creative and improvise! Making a three-wheeled racer makes us use our brain to think of new ways of building. It also allows us to use parts we rarely use; in this case we're using Technic angle connectors to create the poles that hold the front wheel in place. This design looks like the front of a chopper motorbike. The chopper's long tubes of metal between the front wheel and the handle bars are called a 'fork'.
There's one major design flaw! The cockpit is so snug the driver won't fit inside with a helmet. So the driver is running the risk of serious head injury in a crash. Many racers actually prefer to go faster even if it means there's more chance of dying in a crash.
Watch out minifigs! Don't stand behind the racer too closely - flames can shoot out of the two exhaust pipes!
Watch out minifigs! Don't stand behind the racer too closely - flames can shoot out of the two exhaust pipes!
Once the TRIumphant racer was created, it was a simple idea to wonder what the car would look like if we used the Technic angle connectors for two front wheels. So the four-wheeler was created. The four-wheeler's design may never have been built if we hadn't thought of making the unusual three-wheeler.
Supertrike I
This dragster uses two long technic bricks. At the front, an axle goes through the wheel and through the holes in the bricks. Between the front and rear wheels, technic half pins are used on each side. We can use them to stick tiles on the sides to cover the holes, or to stick small wings onto the sides.
Supertrike II
The supertrike is built for speed. It is a police interceptor that aims to catch high-speed villians.

Van with rear and side doors
The van has two side doors and one rear door. The side doors have special hinge bricks called 'rocker bearings'. The back door has a normal hinged roof part which we normally use for a car roof.

Home sweet home
This house had a loft conversion. The loft was turned into a new main bedroom. There are lots of windows in the room to let in the sunlight.
Lego home prototype
Uncle Andrew built this home before we made the Lego house above. This home has 5 levels but each room is much smaller than the Lego home above.
Uncle Andrew thought making the house wider would be better: there would be more space for furniture and the minifigs would have more space to move around. A wider garage would allow more vehicles to fit inside.

Off-road people carrier
This vehicle has caterpillar tracks so it's perfect for driving on rough terrain.
Bus
Next stop Granny Kathy and Granddad Pat's house! The bus is 26 studs long. Part of the roof is made from a plate that is a whopping 16 studs long!
Uncle Andrew wasn't satisfied that the first bus had house windows with white frames. So the latest model now has different windows. They are clear 4 x 3 panels.

Trucks
6-wheeler cargo truck
This truck is huge so it can carry lots of cargo. You can put the cargo in and take it out easily. Just open the huge hinged doors on both sides. Both doors can be locked so nothing falls out. The cargo space has two levels so it's easy to get to the cargo you need if you're taking out cargo at different places.
Lorry with side doors and rear door
As the vehicle is six studs wide, we need to use jumper plates to be able to sit the minifigs side by side. The lorry's front is attached to the rest of the lorry by bricks with studs on their sides.
We've been economical with our bricks by leaving gaps behind the front. Economical means only using something when it is necessary. When we are economical with our bricks, we have more bricks left over for building other creations.
Gigantic transporter
It's so big it can transport not just a car but a giant dog! The ramps automatically go down and the back door opens upwards.

Pakistan's flag is dark green and white. If this van came from Pakistan we'd called it Pakistani.
