Bunny on board
Meet Wheels the skateboard bunny. He lives on a farm. Unfortunately another rabbit hurt Wheels' back. The damage to his back paralysed his rear legs, which means he cannot move them. Normally, when animals on a farm are so badly hurt, the farmers 'put them down'. This means they kill them in a way that doesn't cause them pain. As the farmers thought that he wasn't in pain, they decided to give him a miniature skateboard to help him become more mobile. Now he lives in their home on their farm. His kit now makes him the fastest kit on the farm. Kit has two meanings - kit is another word for equipment and kit is short for kitten - this is the word for a baby rabbit.
Although the rabbits live in the barn, the floor is just the ground. So they can burrow holes just like wild rabbits do.
